Artist Research

Cardtastic design lovely and imaginative greeting cards. The company name isn't appealing but there collection is very sweet and contain, a sweet or humorous feel throughout. I'm drawn to the play with puns within this collection while containing an element of simplicity within them.

Beaumonde Publisher

Beaumonde Ltd are a global publishers, they publish the work of established artists Hanna Werning, Natalie Ferstendik, Narelle Craven and Kelly Hyatt. There cards are distrubuted to the popular Northern Quarter of Manchester in such outlets as Thunder Egg and shops within Afflecks Palace, who aim to sell towards the alternative market I am aiming to market my own range too.

Halfmoon Bay Publishers

The company expanded in 2008 when it acquired Robert Opie Trading Ltd, the trading arm of the Opie Collection, an amazing archive of vintage packaging and advertising. I have bought cards from this publisher before. They sell in retail stores in the Northern Quarter of Manchester. Thunder Egg as well stationary outlets in Afflecks Palace are known to sell this range. Price range is £1.50-£2. Their humorous range mixed with vintage imagery really appeals to me. They are also being distributed to the market I am interested in.
